I am a dad

This is a week late, but I've been busy. Last Sunday morning at 637am, my daughter Winifred Martha Keane surprised us all by showing up 20 days early. Delivery was the easy part. More later.

Congratulations big Poppa!

Congratulations my friend. I hope mother and baby are doing very well.

And now she can never use her birthday as a security identifier

Congrats again man for making me a dunkle! I'm very curious to see how this next generation grows up vis a vis computer security. Things like mothers' maiden names, birth dates, and even SSN's are becoming much less private in the digital age. Hopefully DNA won't become the new identity management. Again, congrats!!!

where's the cyclone?

you haven't blogged in 2 months! i guess overall that's a good thing considering the other stuff vying for your attention...
